Cancellation & refund policy
- Minimum Numbers: This trip requires 6 confirmed travelers 6 weeks before departure, by October 4, 2026. If it hasn’t reached them by then, we may cancel the trip; if we do, we refund your deposit in full.
- If We Cancel due to minimum numbers not being met your deposit is fully refundable.
- If You Cancel After minimum numbers are met, the trip is confirmed and all payments are non-refundable.
Travel insurance: We strongly recommend a policy that includes “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR). This is your best protection if you need to pull out due to work, health, or personal reasons.
